In addition to being a voice-over artist and narrator,
Ron is an actor, a script writer, and a public speaker.
He has also been an air show pilot, a sky diver, and served as
a Field Service Officer with the United Nations in the Middle East.

Ron has narrated dozens of video documentaries, histories, and museum exhibits for the Discovery Channel, the National Geographic Channel, the Learning Channel,
the National Air and Space Museum, and many others.
He is a member of both AFTRA and SAG - performers unions.
Ron spent several of his formative years living in the Middle East with his military intelligence family. During part of that time, he served with the United Nations as a Field Service Officer and peacekeeper in Yemen during the civil war there, and at Government House (UN HQ), Jerusalem.
In addition to his career as a voiceover artist, Ron has served as president of the Silver Wings Fraternity of Washington, DC, and served on the Board of AFTRA. He is a member of the Int'l Aerobatic Club; the Experimental Aircraft Association;
the Quiet Birdmen; and the National Press Club of Washington, DC.

Ron was also an aerobatic display pilot during the 1970's and Air Show Director of the Flying Circus Aerodrome in Northern Virginia for nearly ten years.
For a decade he was also the American commentator at the annual Biggin Hill Airshow near London, England.
Ron is married to his wing walker, Nour Jurgenson, a photojournalist, and a member of the Washington Press Corps. Look for the About Nour page in this website ... a brief tribute to his remarkable life partner.
Ron and Nour have two daughters (both photographers) and two sons, the eldest is a Marine veteran of the First Gulf War and Somalia, the younger son is a Top Gun instructor in the Marine Corps with two combat tours in jet fighters in Iraq.
